FEEDBACK PUBLIC EVENT –  Le Grand Partage by Zone Sensible

On September 21st, a day of gathering and exchange took place at Zone Sensible to share the fruits of the cultural and agricultural harvests from the 2024 season at Zone Sensible.

As part of this rich day, Caroline Le Méhauté, winner of the 2024 COAL Prize, Transformative Territories mention, alongside performer Skall, inaugurated the work from her annual residency, “Healing the Earth.”

Alexandra Roudière , an artist associated with the School of Good Eating, brought back to life the gestures and cultural and agricultural rituals surrounding the most widely used cereal in Europe: wheat.

The event also provided an opportunity to discuss ecological transformations of territories through artistic and culinary practices during a roundtable that brought together the two artists, as well as artist Stéphanie Sagot, the founder and director of the COAL association, Lauranne Germond, and geographer Nathalie Blanc, vice-president of section 39 of the CNRS.

Finally, many activities were offered to the public in a lively atmosphere of education, discovery, and well-being, such as a cooking class for children by L’École Comestible, the tasting of a superb meal thanks to the creativity of Marie Joanna Chamlong and her students from the François Rabelais hospitality high school in Dugny, and a participatory DJ set by artist DJ Imazuré.
